وسط كمية كبيرة من الانتقادات التي طالت الإيطالي المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الهلال «سيموني إنزاغي» مع نهاية الموسم الماضي، إلا أن الإدارة برئاسة الأمير نواف بن سعد لم تلتفت لتلك الانتقادات والمطالبات الجماهيرية، بل وكأنها تقول للجميع «سينجح وانتظروه».

مشروع «الزعيم» بدأت ملامحه تكتمل من حيث إبرام الصفقات، ففي الموسم الماضي شهدت فترة وجوده إبرام نحو 19 صفقة بين لاعبين أجانب ومحليين وشباب، في واحدة من أكبر عمليات الإحلال والتجديد بتاريخ النادي.

لكن وسط هذا العدد الكبير من التعاقدات، يبرز سؤال مهم: هل جميع هذه الصفقات جاءت بطلب مباشر من إنزاغي؟ أم أن المدرب الإيطالي يتحمل في النهاية مسؤولية نتائج مشروع لم يبدأ في جني ثماره إلا مؤخرًا.

صيف 2025

تسلم إنزاغي الهلال قبل انطلاق كأس العالم للأندية، وبدأت الإدارة سريعًا في تنفيذ أول مطالبه، حيث تعاقد النادي مع الفرنسي ثيو هيرنانديز، أحد أبرز الأظهرة اليسرى في أوروبا، كما ضم المهاجم الأوروغواياني داروين نونيز، إلى جانب الموهبتين سايمون بوعبري وكادير ميتي، إضافة إلى عدد من العناصر الشابة مثل مراد هوساوي، ومحمد ميتي، وريان الدوسري، وعبدالله العنزي، ونواف الحبشي، ومحمد الصرنوخ، وصبري دهل ومحزري، ضمن مشروع يستهدف بناء قاعدة للمستقبل وليس الفريق الأول فقط.

مع دخول فترة الانتقالات الشتوية، اتجه الهلال إلى تدعيم الفريق بعناصر جاهزة، فضم كريم بنزيما في واحدة من كبرى صفقات الموسم، كما تعاقد مع المدافع الإسباني بابلو ماري، لكن حتى هذه الصفقات لم تغيّر شكل الفريق بالصورة التي كان ينتظرها الجمهور، سواء بسبب ضيق الوقت أو صعوبة انسجام اللاعبين سريعًا مع أفكار الجهاز الفني.

بداية النسخة

يبدو أن الهلال يدخل صيف 2026 برؤية مختلفة تمامًا، بعدما تحرك بقوة لإعادة تشكيل القائمة من جديد، فضم أسماء بارزة مثل كريسينسيو سمرفيل، ومحمد العويس، إلى جانب استمرار العمل على تدعيم أكثر من مركز، مع وجود مفاوضات لضم ظهير أيمن محلي ولاعب أجنبي جديد وآخر من فئة المواليد.

كما ربطت تقارير عديدة هذه التحركات بإمكانية رحيل بعض الأسماء الأجنبية، وفي مقدمتها مالكوم أو داروين نونيز، وهو ما يؤكد أن الإدارة لا تبحث عن زيادة عدد اللاعبين، وإنما عن إعادة توزيع الجودة داخل القائمة.

صيف الحسم

ما يميز صيف 2026 أنه قد يكون أول سوق انتقالات يحصل فيه إنزاغي على قائمة أقرب إلى رؤيته الفنية الكاملة، بعد مرور أكثر من موسم على وجوده داخل النادي.

ولهذا، فإن الجماهير قد لا تمنح المدرب الإيطالي مساحة كبيرة من الأعذار إذا لم تظهر نتائج هذه التعاقدات داخل الملعب، خصوصا أن الهلال أنفق مبالغ ضخمة، وغيّر عددًا كبيرًا من الأسماء، وأعاد تشكيل الفريق أكثر من مرة.

هل ينجح؟

إذا كان صيف 2025 يمثل بداية المشروع، وشتاء 2026 مرحلة التعديل، فإن صيف 2026 يبدو المرحلة التي ستحدد نجاح المشروع من عدمه، والإجابة الحقيقية لن تأتي في سوق الانتقالات، وإنما على أرض الملعب، عندما يبدأ الموسم الجديد وتتحول الأسماء الجديدة إلى نتائج وألقاب.

Inzaghi took over Al-Hilal before the start of the FIFA Club World Cup, and the management quickly began to implement his first requests, as the club signed French left-back Theo Hernandez, one of the top left-backs in Europe, and also added Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez, along with talents Simon Bouabri and Kader Miti, in addition to several young players like Murad Hossawi, Mohammed Miti, Ryan Al-Dosari, Abdullah Al-Anzi, Nawaf Al-Habashi, Mohammed Al-Sarnukh, Sabri Dahl, and Mahzari, as part of a project aimed at building a foundation for the future, not just for the first team.

As the winter transfer window opened, Al-Hilal sought to strengthen the team with ready players, signing Karim Benzema in one of the biggest deals of the season, as well as Spanish defender Pablo Mari. However, even these signings did not change the team's shape in the way the fans were expecting, either due to the short time frame or the difficulty of the players quickly adapting to the coaching staff's ideas.

The Beginning of the Version

It seems that Al-Hilal is entering the summer of 2026 with a completely different vision, having moved decisively to reshape the squad again, signing prominent names like Cresencio Summerville and Mohammed Al-Owais, while continuing to work on strengthening multiple positions, with negotiations underway to acquire a local right-back and a new foreign player, as well as another from the birth category.

Many reports have linked these moves to the possibility of some foreign players leaving, primarily Malcolm or Darwin Nunez, which confirms that the management is not looking to increase the number of players but rather to redistribute quality within the squad.

The Decisive Summer

What distinguishes the summer of 2026 is that it may be the first transfer market where Inzaghi receives a squad closer to his complete technical vision, after more than a season at the club.

For this reason, fans may not grant the Italian coach much leeway for excuses if the results of these signings do not show on the pitch, especially since Al-Hilal has spent huge amounts and changed a large number of names, reshaping the team multiple times.

Will He Succeed?

If the summer of 2025 represents the beginning of the project, and the winter of 2026 is the adjustment phase, then the summer of 2026 seems to be the stage that will determine the success of the project or not, and the real answer will not come in the transfer market but on the pitch when the new season starts and the new names turn into results and titles.
