فيما أعلن الجيش الأمريكي انتهاء الجولة الثالثة من الضربات العسكرية، صعّدت إيران لهجتها وعملياتها العسكرية، اليوم (الأحد)، وأعلن كبير مفاوضيها محمد باقر قاليباف أن «عصر الاتفاقات الأحادية انتهى»، محذراً الولايات المتحدة من تداعيات ما وصفه بعدم الوفاء بالتزاماتها، بالتزامن مع إعلان الحرس الثوري تنفيذ هجمات على قطر وسلطنة عُمان والكويت والأردن والبحرين ومضيق هرمز.

وقال قاليباف في تصريحات على حسابه بموقع «إكس» نقلتها وكالة رويترز: «قلنا لكم: أوفوا بوعودكم أو ادفعوا الثمن. الواقع يطرق الأبواب»، في إشارة إلى انهيار التفاهمات المؤقتة بين واشنطن وطهران بعد تجدد الضربات المتبادلة وإغلاق هرمز.

وكان الحرس الثوري أعلن أن قواته الجوية نفذت «المرحلة الثالثة» من الرد على الضربات الأمريكية. وأكد استهداف قاعدة العديد الجوية الأمريكية في قطر بصواريخ باليستية.

وأفاد بأنه استهدف سفينة تجارية ثانية في مضيق هرمز وألحق بها أضراراً، بعد ساعات من استهداف سفينة حاويات أخرى واضطرار طاقمها إلى مغادرتها بسبب حريق وأضرار كبيرة في غرفة المحركات.

وتتركز الأزمة الحالية حول مضيق هرمز، بعدما أعلنت طهران إغلاقه «حتى إشعار آخر»، وقالت إنها لن تسمح للسفن باستخدام مسارات لا توافق عليها.

في المقابل، تطالب واشنطن بفتح جميع الممرات البحرية أمام السفن التجارية من دون قيود أو رسوم، وتعتبر الهجمات على السفن انتهاكاً لحرية الملاحة وللتفاهمات السابقة بين الطرفين.

وكان الجيش الأمريكي أعلن انتهاء جولة جديدة من الضربات على إيران، مؤكداً استهداف نحو 140 موقعاً عسكرياً خلال العملية الأخيرة، وأكثر من 300 هدف خلال ثلاث ليالٍ، شملت مواقع صواريخ ومسيرات ومستودعات ذخيرة وشبكات اتصالات ومراكز مراقبة ساحلية.

ومع تمدد المواجهات واتساع نطاقها، تتزايد المخاوف من تحول الضربات المتبادلة إلى مواجهة مفتوحة، في وقت تبدو فيه فرص العودة إلى التفاوض أضعف من أي وقت مضى.

While the U.S. military announced the end of the third round of military strikes, Iran escalated its rhetoric and military operations today (Sunday), with its chief negotiator Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf stating that "the era of unilateral agreements has ended," warning the United States of the consequences of what he described as failing to meet its commitments, coinciding with the Revolutionary Guard's announcement of attacks on Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, and the Strait of Hormuz.

Qalibaf said in statements on his account on "X," as reported by Reuters: "We told you: fulfill your promises or pay the price. Reality is knocking at the doors," referring to the collapse of temporary understandings between Washington and Tehran following renewed reciprocal strikes and the closure of Hormuz.

The Revolutionary Guard announced that its air forces had carried out "the third phase" of the response to the U.S. strikes. It confirmed targeting the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar with ballistic missiles.

It reported that it targeted a second commercial vessel in the Strait of Hormuz, causing damage, just hours after targeting another container ship, forcing its crew to abandon it due to a fire and significant damage in the engine room.

The current crisis is centered around the Strait of Hormuz, after Tehran announced its closure "until further notice," stating that it would not allow ships to use routes that it does not approve.

In contrast, Washington demands the opening of all maritime passages for commercial vessels without restrictions or fees, considering the attacks on ships a violation of freedom of navigation and previous understandings between the two parties.

The U.S. military announced the end of a new round of strikes on Iran, confirming the targeting of about 140 military sites during the recent operation, and more than 300 targets over three nights, including missile sites, drones, ammunition depots, communication networks, and coastal monitoring centers.

As the confrontations expand and escalate, fears are increasing that the reciprocal strikes could turn into an open confrontation, at a time when the chances of returning to negotiations seem weaker than ever.
