في ليلة كان يُفترض أن تكون مجرد سهرة عادية، تحولت شوارع مقاطعة «تشيشير» البريطانية إلى مسرح لجريمة استدراج حبست أنفاس الشارع المحلي، وانتهت بأسوار السجن المشدد وقرارات قضائية صارمة لا تصدر إلا في أعتى القضايا الجنائية.

بين فخ «المشروبات الكحولية»، وفصل الضحية عن دائرة أمانها، قضت محكمة بريطانية بالسجن 11 عاماً على الشابين السوريين ديلجاش عادل (32 عاماً) وديار محمد عبدالسلام (28 عاماً)، مع وضعهما تحت الرقابة الأبدية في سجل مرتكبي الجرائم الجنسية.

خطة الملهى الليلي

تعود كواليس الليلة المرعبة إلى 21 ديسمبر، حين التقى المتهمان بالضحية البالغة من العمر 18 عاماً داخل ملهى ليلي. وأمام هيئة المحكمة، تكشفت التفاصيل المرعبة لمخطط الاستدراج:

شلل الإدراك: تعمد الجناة ملاحقة الفتاة بالمشروبات الكحولية المكثفة حتى فقدت قدرتها التامة على الرفض أو التمييز. خدعة التوصيل: عرض المتهمان إيصال الفتاة برفقة صديق لها بسيارتهما لإبعاد الشبهات. اللحظة الحاسمة: بمجرد نزول الصديق من المركبة، انطلق المتهمان بالفتاة إلى شقتهما المشتركة في منطقة «وينسفورد»، حيث جرى الاعتداء عليها والتناوب عليها داخل السكن.

انهيار وكوابيس

لم تفق الضحية من كابوس تلك الليلة إلا وهي في حالة انهيار عصبي تام، حيث تواصلت مع والدتها مستغيثة، ليتم إبلاغ الشرطة فوراً وتبدأ رحلة الملاحقة القضائية.

وفي شهادة لها داخل قاعة المحكمة، كشفت الفتاة الشابة عما أحدثته تلك الليلة في حياتها: «سُلب مني الشعور بالأمان إلى الأبد.. أصبحت أعيش مطارَدة بنوبات هلع متكررة، واضطرابات نوم حادة، وخوف قهري يمنعني من التعامل مع أي غريب».

وأكد القاضي سايمون بيركسون خلال جلسة النطق بالحكم أن ما حدث لم يكن تصرفاً عابراً، بل «استغلالاً متعمداً ومخططاً له» لجسد فتاة كانت عاجزة تماماً عن حماية نفسها.

وجاء الحكم حاسما، ليقضي بـ:

السجن النافذ 11 عاماً لكل من ديلجاش عادل وديار محمد عبد السلام. التسجيل مدى الحياة في سجل الجرائم الجنسية البريطاني (Sex Offenders Register).

هذه الواقعة أثارت موجة غضب عارمة عبر المنصات الرقمية، وسط مطالبات شعبية بريطانية بتشديد إجراءات الأمان والتتبع في المناطق الترفيهية لحماية الفتيات من مصائد الاستدراج.

Cognitive paralysis: The perpetrators intentionally pursued the girl with heavy alcoholic drinks until she completely lost her ability to refuse or distinguish. The ride trick: The defendants offered to drive the girl along with a friend in their car to deflect suspicion. The critical moment: As soon as the friend exited the vehicle, the defendants took the girl to their shared apartment in Winsford, where she was assaulted and taken turns on inside the residence.

Breakdown and Nightmares

The victim did not recover from the nightmare of that night until she was in a state of complete nervous breakdown, as she contacted her mother in distress, leading to an immediate report to the police and the beginning of the judicial pursuit.

In her testimony in the courtroom, the young girl revealed the impact that night had on her life: "I was robbed of my sense of safety forever... I now live in constant fear with repeated panic attacks, severe sleep disturbances, and an overwhelming fear that prevents me from interacting with any stranger."

Judge Simon Birkson confirmed during the sentencing session that what happened was not a fleeting act, but rather "a deliberate and premeditated exploitation" of a girl who was completely unable to protect herself.

The ruling was decisive, sentencing:

11 years of effective imprisonment for both Dilgash Adel and Diar Mohammed Abdulsalam. Lifetime registration in the British Sex Offenders Register.
