في تطور قضائي للجريمة التي أثارت صدمة واسعة داخل الشارع المصري خلال الأيام الماضية، قرر قاضي التجديدات بمحكمة الإسكندرية حبس المتهمة بقتل والدتها وتقطيع جثمانها لمدة 15 يوماً على ذمة التحقيقات، بالتزامن مع استمرار النيابة العامة في استكمال التحقيقات وانتظار تقارير الطب الشرعي والأدلة الجنائية لكشف جميع ملابسات الجريمة.
وجاء قرار الحبس بعد أيام من القبض على المتهمة، وهي محامية تُدعى بالأحرف الأولى «س.م.ح»، داخل شقة بمدينة الشيخ زايد في محافظة الجيزة، عقب هروبها من الإسكندرية، إذ تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من تحديد مكان اختبائها بعد تتبع هاتفها المحمول.
وخلال التحقيقات، أقرت المتهمة بارتكاب الجريمة، موضحة أن خلافات أسرية ممتدة مع والدتها استمرت لسنوات، وكانت سبباً في تدهور حياتها الأسرية وانفصالها عن زوجها وابتعاد بناتها عنها، مؤكدة أن مشادة نشبت بينهما داخل الشقة التي تقيمان بها في منطقة سيدي بشر قبلي شرق الإسكندرية، انتهت بقيامها بخنق والدتها حتى فارقت الحياة.
وأضافت المتهمة في اعترافاتها أنها استخدمت سكيناً ومقصاً في تقطيع الجثمان إلى أكثر من 10 أجزاء على مدار يومين، ثم أخفت الأشلاء داخل حقائب وثلاجة الشقة في محاولة لإخفاء معالم الجريمة، قبل أن تغادر الإسكندرية متجهة إلى الجيزة.
وأعادت المتهمة، أمس (الجمعة)، تمثيل الجريمة أمام النيابة العامة داخل مسرح الواقعة، وسط حراسة أمنية مشددة، إذ شرحت جميع مراحل ارتكاب الجريمة، منذ لحظة الاعتداء على والدتها وحتى مغادرة الشقة عقب الانتهاء من تقطيع الجثمان، فيما واصل فريق التحقيق مطابقة أقوالها مع الأدلة التي جُمعت من مكان الحادثة.
وكانت نيابة أول المتنزّه قد قررت في وقت سابق حبس المتهمة أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، عقب استجواب استمر نحو ثماني ساعات، كما أمرت باستعجال تقرير الصفة التشريحية لتحديد سبب الوفاة، واستعجال تقرير الأدلة الجنائية لفحص جميع الآثار الموجودة داخل الشقة، قبل أن يقرر قاضي التجديدات مد فترة الحبس إلى 15 يوماً.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية معلومات تشير إلى أن المتهمة كانت تعاني ظروفاً نفسية صعبة خلال الفترة الماضية، عقب وفاة ابنتها، كما أفادت التحريات بأنها سبق أن حاولت الانتحار أكثر من مرة، إلا أن تلك المعلومات لا تزال ضمن عناصر التحقيق ولم تصدر بشأنها نتائج نهائية من جهات التحقيق.
وتعود بداية الواقعة إلى تلقي قسم شرطة المتنزّه أول بلاغاً من سكان عقار بشارع العاشر من رمضان في منطقة سيدي بشر قبلي، يفيد بانبعاث رائحة كريهة من إحدى الشقق، إذ أفاد الجيران بأن المحامية كانت تقيم مع والدتها المسنة، وأنها بررت الرائحة في البداية بأنها ناتجة عن طعام متروك، إلا أن استمرارها دفع الأهالي إلى إبلاغ الشرطة.
وعقب استصدار الإجراءات القانونية، داهمت قوات الأمن الشقة، لتكتشف مشهداً صادماً، إذ عُثر داخل الصالة على أجزاء آدمية، بينما وُجدت حقائب تحتوي على أجزاء أخرى من الجثمان، كما عثرت القوات داخل الثلاجة والمجمد على بقية الأشلاء، إضافة إلى كيس يحتوي على الأحشاء، فيما تم التحفظ على سكين ومقص يشتبه في استخدامهما في ارتكاب الجريمة.
وباشرت النيابة العامة معاينة موقع الحادثة، وتولى وكيل النائب العام أحمد راشد أبو زيد استجواب المتهمة، التي أقرت بارتكاب الواقعة عقب تحقيقات استمرت نحو ثماني ساعات، كما أمرت النيابة باستكمال تقارير الطب الشرعي والأدلة الجنائية وتحليل البصمة الوراثية (DNA)، تمهيداً لاستكمال التحقيقات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وإحالة القضية إلى المحكمة المختصة عقب انتهاء التحقيقات.
In a judicial development regarding the crime that has shocked the Egyptian public in recent days, the renewal judge at the Alexandria Court decided to imprison the accused of killing her mother and dismembering her body for 15 days pending investigations, coinciding with the Public Prosecution's ongoing efforts to complete the investigations and await forensic reports and criminal evidence to uncover all the circumstances of the crime.
The decision to imprison came days after the arrest of the accused, a lawyer identified by the initials "S.M.H", inside an apartment in Sheikh Zayed City in Giza Governorate, following her escape from Alexandria. Security forces managed to locate her hiding place after tracking her mobile phone.
During the investigations, the accused confessed to committing the crime, explaining that long-standing family disputes with her mother had persisted for years, leading to the deterioration of her family life, her separation from her husband, and her daughters distancing themselves from her. She confirmed that an argument erupted between them inside the apartment they shared in Sidi Bishr Qibli, east of Alexandria, which ended with her strangling her mother until she passed away.
The accused added in her confessions that she used a knife and scissors to dismember the body into more than 10 pieces over two days, then hid the remains inside bags and the refrigerator of the apartment in an attempt to conceal the crime, before leaving Alexandria for Giza.
Yesterday (Friday), the accused reenacted the crime in front of the Public Prosecution at the scene of the incident, under heavy security. She explained all stages of committing the crime, from the moment she attacked her mother until she left the apartment after finishing dismembering the body, while the investigation team continued to match her statements with the evidence collected from the crime scene.
The First Prosecutor's Office had previously decided to imprison the accused for four days pending investigations, following an interrogation that lasted about eight hours. They also ordered an expedited autopsy report to determine the cause of death and an expedited forensic report to examine all traces found inside the apartment, before the renewal judge decided to extend the detention period to 15 days.
Preliminary investigations revealed information indicating that the accused had been suffering from difficult psychological conditions in recent times following the death of her daughter. The investigations also indicated that she had previously attempted suicide multiple times; however, this information remains part of the investigation elements and no final results have been issued by the investigative authorities.
The incident began when the First Police Station of Al-Montazah received a report from residents of a building on 10th of Ramadan Street in the Sidi Bishr Qibli area, indicating a foul odor emanating from one of the apartments. Neighbors reported that the lawyer lived with her elderly mother, and she initially justified the smell as coming from leftover food, but its persistence prompted residents to notify the police.
After legal procedures were obtained, security forces raided the apartment, discovering a shocking scene, as human remains were found in the living room, while bags containing other parts of the body were located. Additionally, the forces found the remaining remains inside the refrigerator and freezer, along with a bag containing the intestines. A knife and scissors suspected to have been used in the commission of the crime were also seized.
The Public Prosecution began examining the crime scene, with Deputy Public Prosecutor Ahmed Rashid Abu Zaid conducting the interrogation of the accused, who confessed to committing the incident after investigations that lasted about eight hours. The prosecution also ordered the completion of forensic reports and criminal evidence, as well as DNA analysis, in preparation for completing the investigations and taking the necessary legal actions to refer the case to the competent court after the investigations are concluded.
