أسدل الأمن المغربي الستار على واحدة من أكثر قضايا انتحال الصفات إثارة، بعدما تمكن من توقيف شخص يُشتبه في استغلاله هويات أمنية وهمية للإيقاع بضحاياه، في قضية تتشابك فيها تهم النصب والاحتيال مع شبهات استدراج فتيات وتصويرهن في أوضاع مخلة.
وأمر قاضي التحقيق بمحكمة الاستئناف في مدينة طنجة بإيداع المتهم السجن الاحتياطي، على خلفية اتهامه بانتحال صفة ضابط في الشرطة القضائية واستغلالها للاحتيال على عدد من المواطنين والفتيات.
وبحسب المعطيات الأولية، لا تستبعد الجهات المختصة تورط أشخاص آخرين في القضية، إذ تواصل السلطات فحص الهواتف والأجهزة الإلكترونية المحجوزة بحوزة المتهم، في محاولة للكشف عن أي شركاء محتملين أو ضحايا آخرين.
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن المتهم كان يتنقل بين عدة صفات أمنية مزعومة لإضفاء المصداقية على ادعاءاته، فكان يعرّف نفسه تارةً بأنه ضابط في المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، وتارةً أخرى ضابط في الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية، أو عنصر أمني مكلف بالإقامة الملكية، مدعياً امتلاكه نفوذاً يتيح له التدخل لدى الإدارات العمومية وإنجاز معاملات مقابل مبالغ مالية.
وامتدت التحقيقات إلى شبهات أكثر خطورة، تتعلق باستدراج فتيات إلى شقة مستأجرة في منطقة مالاباطا بمدينة طنجة، حيث يُشتبه في استغلال المتهم صفته الأمنية الوهمية للإيقاع بهن وتصويرهن في أوضاع مخلة. ولا تزال هذه الوقائع محل بحث قضائي وتحقيقات متواصلة تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، تمهيداً لكشف جميع ملابسات القضية وتحديد المسؤوليات.
The Moroccan security forces have closed the curtain on one of the most intriguing cases of identity impersonation, after managing to arrest a person suspected of exploiting fake security identities to ensnare his victims, in a case that intertwines charges of fraud and allegations of luring girls and filming them in compromising situations.
The investigating judge at the Court of Appeal in the city of Tangier ordered the accused to be placed in provisional detention, following accusations of impersonating a police officer and using that identity to defraud several citizens and girls.
According to initial data, the relevant authorities do not rule out the involvement of other individuals in the case, as the authorities continue to examine the phones and electronic devices seized from the accused, in an attempt to uncover any potential accomplices or additional victims.
Investigations have revealed that the accused was moving between several alleged security identities to lend credibility to his claims, introducing himself at times as an officer in the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance, at other times as an officer in the National Judicial Police, or as a security personnel assigned to the royal residence, claiming to have influence that allowed him to intervene with public administrations and complete transactions for financial amounts.
The investigations have extended to more serious allegations concerning the luring of girls to a rented apartment in the Malabata area of Tangier, where the accused is suspected of exploiting his fake security identity to trap them and film them in compromising situations. These incidents are still under judicial investigation and ongoing inquiries under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, in preparation for uncovering all the circumstances of the case and determining responsibilities.
