اتخذ الفنان المصري ياسر جلال خطوة رسمية لمواجهة موجة التجاوزات التي تطال الفنانين عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بعد تزايد منشورات وصفها بالإساءة والتشهير والتنمر بحق رموز القوى الناعمة المصرية.
تحرك رسمي ضد التجاوزات
وتقدم جلال، بصفته نائباً ووكيلاً للجنة الثقافة والسياحة والآثار والإعلام بمجلس الشيوخ، بمذكرة إلى وزير الدولة للإعلام في مصر ضياء رشوان، ورئيس المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام خالد عبدالعزيز، مطالباً ببحث الظاهرة والتعامل معها قانونياً.
وأكد أن الهدف لا يتعلق بمنع انتقاد الفنانين أو الحد من حرية التعبير وإنما التصدي للمحتوى الذي يتجاوز الرأي إلى السب والتشهير والإساءة للسمعة والكرامة.
كما طالب بوضع آليات أكثر فاعلية لرصد المخالفات الرقمية وتعزيز الوعي بالاستخدام المسؤول لمنصات التواصل، مشدداً على أهمية الحفاظ على القوى الناعمة المصرية باعتبارها جزءاً من الإرث الثقافي والفني للبلاد.
دعم نقابي لياسر جلال
ومن جانبها، أعلنت نقابة المهن التمثيلية، برئاسة الفنان المصري أشرف زكي، دعمها الكامل لياسر جلال، بعد تحركه للمطالبة بحماية رموز القوى الناعمة والتصدي لحملات الإساءة والتشهير التي تنتشر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وشددت النقابة على أهمية الحفاظ على مكانة الفنانين والإعلاميين والرياضيين باعتبارهم جزءاً من القوة الناعمة المصرية، محذرة من تأثير الحملات الإلكترونية المضللة على صورة مصر ورصيدها الثقافي والحضاري.
The Egyptian artist Yasser Jalal has taken an official step to confront the wave of abuses targeting artists through social media platforms, following an increase in posts he described as insults, defamation, and bullying against the symbols of Egyptian soft power.
Official action against abuses
Jalal, in his capacity as a deputy and agent for the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities, and Media Committee in the Senate, submitted a memorandum to the Minister of State for Information in Egypt, Diaa Rashwan, and the head of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, Khaled Abdelaziz, calling for an investigation into the phenomenon and legal action to address it.
He emphasized that the goal is not to prevent criticism of artists or limit freedom of expression, but to confront content that crosses the line from opinion to slander, defamation, and harm to reputation and dignity.
He also called for more effective mechanisms to monitor digital violations and to enhance awareness of responsible use of social media platforms, stressing the importance of preserving Egyptian soft power as part of the country's cultural and artistic heritage.
Union support for Yasser Jalal
For its part, the Actors' Syndicate, headed by the Egyptian artist Ashraf Zaki, announced its full support for Yasser Jalal after his initiative to demand the protection of symbols of soft power and to confront the campaigns of abuse and defamation that spread through social media.
The syndicate emphasized the importance of maintaining the status of artists, media professionals, and athletes as part of Egyptian soft power, warning of the impact of misleading online campaigns on Egypt's image and its cultural and civilizational heritage.
